The owner is very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy! Every time I order something, I am excited when my package arrives! I love the personal notes and freebies, and I have made my bathroom into my own little spa and every product is like a magical, special little something that adds to the luxuriousness of my bath time!
